1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped out weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

  • We currently ship to customers within Canada and the United States.
  • For shipments within Canada, we use (depending on your location and parcel requirements):

  • For shipments to the United States, we use (depending on your location and parcel requirements):
    • USPS

3. Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Canada: 1-4 business days.
    • United States:  1-5 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Duties and Customs (US Shipments)

  • For orders shipped to the United States, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout.
  • By placing an order, you agree that these duties are your responsibility and are included in your total order cost.
  • Any additional fees imposed by customs authorities will be handled according to the regulations of the United States and will not be our responsibility.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Delays & Issues

  • While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs processing, weather, or carrier issues).

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns and exchanges.
  • Note that any shipping or customs fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
