- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped out weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
- We currently ship to customers within Canada and the United States.

- For shipments to the United States, we use (depending on your location and parcel requirements):

3. Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Canada: 1-4 business days.
- United States: 1-5 business days.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Duties and Customs (US Shipments)
- For orders shipped to the United States, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout.
- By placing an order, you agree that these duties are your responsibility and are included in your total order cost.
- Any additional fees imposed by customs authorities will be handled according to the regulations of the United States and will not be our responsibility.
