Yes. Most wireless charging pad manufacturers are citing cases thinner than 3mm will be compatible with the Qi technology. The thickest of our cases, the leather collection, measure in at 2.35mm so interference is very unlikely.

Can I get a custom design on a Keyway case?
At this time we are not offering custom designs but we hope to add this option in the future!
How will my Keyway case wear?
The backs of our iPhone Cases will wear in a way very similar to any other wood product. We prefer to keep the natural beauty, colour, and texture of our woods intact, and that means staying away from thick, high-gloss coatings. Our finish offers some scratch and moisture resistance but it does not waterproof the wood 100%. If you drop your Keyway case in water, you WILL likely damage it! If you take care of your product, it will develop a long lasting, smooth, satin patina!
Will Keyway cases effect my phones performance?
No. The Cases we manufacture will have no negative effect on your phone’s performance and stay well out of the way of the camera and flash.
WHAT DO I NEED TO WATCH OUT FOR WHEN USING A KEYWAY CASE?
While the coating we use on the wood provides some great protection against daily wear and tear, scratches, and some resistance to water, it is very important to remember that this is still real wood. Large swings in temperature and/or humidity will cause the wood to expand and warp. This is nearly impossible to avoid without essentially turning the wood into plastic.
Here are some tips to extend the life of your Keyway case:
- Don't leave the case in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
- If you get the case wet, wipe off as much water as you can right away. Leaving it sitting in water will warp the wood.
- If you're going to be out on a hot day with your phone in your pocket, put the screen against your leg instead of the wood. Your body generates a lot of moisture that will be soaked up by the case!
That's about it! High heat and/or humidity are the main things you need to watch out for.

HOW DO I CHECK OUT IN USD?
Since we are a Canadian company, all orders are processed in CAD and then getting it converted back to USD at the credit-card/bank level. Your receipt will show the CAD value, but your credit card statement will show the USD converted value.
MY ORDER TOTAL IS HIGHER THAN IT SHOULD BE! WHAT'S GOING ON?
What you are likely seeing is the difference between the two currencies from our automatic currency converter. If you click a product you will see a drop-down that allows you to select a currency. Our website automatically shows USD to buyers in the United States. Since we are a Canadian company you'll end up processing the transaction in CAD either way and then getting it converted back to USD at the credit-card/bank level. Your receipt will show the CAD value, but your credit card statement will show the USD converted value.
MY CARD KEEPS BEING DECLINED.
If you're having issues with your card being declined please try the following;
- Clear the cache on your browser
- Attempt the payment with another browser
- Try using a difference device to complete the transaction

If you have received a shipping notification, then the package has already left our warehouse and the address details can't be changed. All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Shipping times shown above are in Business Days (Monday to Friday) and are estimates that are subject to change without notice based on our collected shipping data. The times shown above are the length of the transit times once the package has left our shop. Packages leave our shop 1-3 days after placing the order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders placed up to midnight of the day before will be shipped out on those days. Orders ship within 1-3 business days from the time they are placed.
WHY IS MY ORDER GOING TO TAKE ___ DAYS TO ARRIVE?!
When a package moves from our warehouse in Toronto to your destination, it will change hands many times as it crosses borders, goes through sorting processes, and gets inspected. The times provided above are based off of Canada Post estimates combined with historical data that we have collected from our shipments. The time windows are large for some zones because different countries have very different postal services and border delays.

WILL MY SHIPMENT HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON IT WHEN IT ARRIVES?
Depending on your location, yes possibly. Taxes, Duties, and customs charges may be applied to your package as it arrives in the country of destination. This amount is not controlled by us, but since we properly declare the package, it may acquire an extra charge along the way.

I DAMAGED MY CASE, CAN YOU HELP ME?!
We understand that accidents happen! To thank you for choosing Keyway, if your case is damaged for any reason within 60 days of your purchase, we will offer you a 50% discount off the current retail price of a replacement.
TERMS: The replacement is limited to the identical product that was damaged. This program is only usable ONCE per original purchase. If the damaged product is no longer available on our store, the replacement will be a case of equal value of your choice. You will be charged the applicable taxes and shipping on your replacement case.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED BY YOUR WARRANTY?
Outside of the Replacement Program, Keyway does not cover damage caused by misuse including damage to the product due to:
- liquid spills
- drops
- intentional damage
